In Stage A, blast open the way to the 14th floor.

In Stage B in NG+, activate Short status in front of the car in the garage, then take the key from the car and find your mother's ring without using Delmator or Recovery Capsules.

Complete Stage A in NG+ remaining in the Short condition the entire time.

In Stage D in NG+, activate the Short condition in front of a dormant shooter, then turn on the lamps and reach Cain before the HP indicator begins flashing and without using Delmator or Recovery Capsules.

In Stage C in NG+, reach Rita while only walking in the normal condition and only running in the Short condition.

In Stage B, unlock the main hall.

In Stage B, open the jewellery box.

In Stage B, uncover the hidden passageway beneath the pool table.

In Stage B, find a disturbing hidden image within the underground section.

In Stage C, tap out the password correctly.

In Stage C, kill Rainheart without using Skip.

In Stage D, find Lilia.

In Stage D, teleport to a mysterious location.

Destroy Dorothy without using a Recovery Capsule.

Find all 62 cutscenes and watch the additional last one in Movie Preview (Stage C - Cell 19).

In Stage B, remove something from the pool that doesn't belong there and survey your handiwork from above.

Defeat Birdman without killing his duplicates or using Skip.

In Stage C, enter your charming hotel room.

In Stage C, find a hidden vision in the hotel reception.

Vanquish Rita without using Skip.

In Stage D, reach the 150th floor.

Complete Stage D and beat the game.

Eliminate Lem without using Skip, the Short condition or running.

Beat Cain without moving, using Skip or taking damage.
