Travel through the mirror in the Mirror Cave to another world.

Get offered to be healed by a tree.

Obtain all treasure in the North Tower in the Mirror World. Trapped chests are not included.

Defeat the boss in the North Tower in the Mirror World and obtain the Chalk Dress.

Get a clue from a mysterious talking tree near the fourth town.

Obtain a Metal Spear and Crystal Shield in the fourth or fifth towns.

Obtain all treasure in the tower NW of the fourth town. Trapped chests are not included.

Obtain all treasure in the West Castle in the Mirror World. This doesn't include trapped chests but does include the empty chest.

Obtain a Phantom Sword in the fifth or sixth towns.

Defeat the boss of the southern cave in the Mirror World and obtain the Light Xylophone.

Obtain all treasure in the cave by the river in the Mirror World. This includes empty chests but not trapped chests.

Defeat Gengar again and obtain the medicine at last.

Finish your journey by returning home with the medicine.
