Reach the egg room in Area 7 without killing any running soldiers or using the extra lives code

Reach the boss in Area 8 without letting any running soldiers cross from one side of the screen to the other or using the extra lives code

Defeat the Area 8 boss after shooting his projectiles 30 times while staying on top of his head

Acquire the Spread Gun in Area 1 without using the extra lives code
